Magically, the wheat we had sampled at 13.6% protein keeps coming back at 12.9% once its sampled at the mill. It's only £1/ton knock, but how can there be such discrepancy, is the test basically guesswork?

It’s currently at around £275 so a load is around 8k before stoppages.
That’s a long way short of 10 grand
