not bad! 1 hill only!!
How much a cube do you get for spreading with that system ?tidy set up. my vredo is on the same basis, takes longer to unfold and lower the booms than it does to empty 20 cube. depending where im filling from and field shapes and sizes etc can do 1000 cube on a average day
That’s a bit like asking how much money is in his bank accountHow much a cube do you get for spreading with that system ?
They were saying today they've been doing 1000 cube a day.tidy set up. my vredo is on the same basis, takes longer to unfold and lower the booms than it does to empty 20 cube. depending where im filling from and field shapes and sizes etc can do 1000 cube on a average day
Spray it off and it looks like DD land to meRealising that it is not such a bad thing that we haven't ploughed the spring barley land nor drilled the winter wheat yet.
First flush.

Ploughing a bit nobbly though as it is still rock hard after about 4 inches down.

I have tried no till and regen, ok only for 7 years, yields - even after a 3 year grass break, were only just over half of the conventional, Spring crops rarely grew at all.Why would you make a lot of expensive work by ploughing that, I’ve always thought that the most difficult land is the most logical to put into notill.
After seeing the sort of soils Simon Chiles was making a success of it on twenty years ago, I was sure that if it could work on stuff like that, it could work anywhere!
do they have nurse tanks to? the only way i can get to higher figures. big fields with no stopping and constant supply. its the running back and forth for a load that slows it down. They were saying today they've been doing 1000 cube a day.
Would be a long day though, not average.
just like the saturday night dances of old.I checked my weekend lottery numbers and I hadn't won (Surprise surprise) so I had to turn the ducking tups out again.
At least the girls were pleased to see them.View attachment 1071989View attachment 1071991
