Ok, so here is a fertiliser listed as follows:

UAN Solution 30 N wt/wt 1.305 specific gravity at 20°C [39.2N wt/vol]

If I applied 100litres/ha - how much kg N am I putting on?

If it i £300/tonne - what is its price converted to 34.5N granules ?

If it’s called spilling or spraying it’s spilt all over the place nice and even. Lol

Is my price above way off the mark?

I do think where liquid comes into it's own is a cold dry spring because it can get into a plant faster.

Very rarely dry early on. I just use it for final application on winter crops.

Put 120kg/ha N on in the form of urea before that.

Make up balance with liquid.

Certainly wouldn't want to be applying granular urea at the moment with it being so dry. Putting CAN and AN on 2nd cut silage fields. Dare sat it's doing nothing too though!🤦‍♂️🤣
