Lots of people making lots of statements based on the reporting by the western media. Particularly the BBC which is of course the propaganda arm of MI6.
However Ukraine has been shelling civilians in the Donbass for years and Israel routiely bombs civilians in Palestine. I see no such condemnation of those actions by the mob here. Why not? Because the Wetern media does not tell you to be angry about that. Some people really need to wake up to how they are being manipulated by the western media in this US led proxy war.
Leaving that aside the strike targeted Ukraine’s "Angry Birds" (Люті пташки) festival, where attendees were specifically instructed to refrain from wearing military uniform.
"We urge you to come to the event in civilian clothes. If possible, change out of a military uniform to avoid identifying the event as being involved in the military sphere," the invitation reads.
It also says that the event is closed, as the premises contains information sensitive to the country's defense capability, i.e. development prototypes, and that most of the participants are active military personnel. Therefore, participants can be filmed or photographed only with their prior verbal consent, the invitation says.

I did notice Russia hits civilian areas/Kiev in particular when it suffers a large setback,and the screws are being well turned on tokmak this last 12 hours
But military speaking,you are correct that IF that facility was manufacturing drones for military purposes,it was a valid target...

A war Russia instigated, supplied and participated directly in whilst pretending otherwise. Yes I condemn those Ukrainian shells that were fired with disregard to civilians, sadly bad things, terrible things happen in war, both side’s dehumanise the other. Did you condemn the Russian supplies shells being fired the other way killing soldiers and civilians on the Ukrainian side? Did you condemn the Russian false flag shelling of civilians in Donbass? Putin and his ideology is the story. For Putin neutrality of Ukraine only means a stepping stone to a Ukrainian final solution, an Ukraine as a state inside Russia. The West have long opposed that goal, Ukrainians are fighting and dying because the are desperate to avoid Russian occupation. If you believe clearer neutrality would have appeased Putin you really grasp less than half the story.
