Thank you
I thought it was normally 12months before the scheduled end date?Just to confirm, it must be RECEIVED by you BEFORE the expiry of the term.
That’s what I thoughtI thought it was normally 12months before the scheduled end date?
If it’s CCC I wouldn’t worry, just had another round of staff changesI thought it was normally 12months before the scheduled end date?
Most those starter units these days go too the mafia anyways I know of 3 in the last few years that I knew who was having them weeks before the deadlines announced and they’re now holding farms for a big slaughterhouse in derbyshireI know of someone that still hasn’t received such notice, almost 10 years after their Council tenancy was due to end. They just get rent demands, which they pay and keep their heads down.
Great for the tenants, but ridiculous way to go on when young ‘uns never get a chance to take those ‘starter’ units.
Who’s in and who’s out?If it’s CCC I wouldn’t worry, just had another round of staff changes
Tbh, I’m not up to speed, but I’ve had contact with 2 ladies that I hadn’t heard if before. Jacks gone so maybe his replacementWho’s in and who’s out?
Depends on the length of the tenancy. How many years is the term?Am I correct in thinking if as a tenant you don’t receive a notice to quit 12months before the end of your multi year tenancy it becomes a 12 month rolling fbt until such notice is received?
it is!!That’s what I thought
The notice requirement depends on the term of the tenancy.it is!!
Multi year FBTThe notice requirement depends on the term of the tenancy.
The County Council are an absolute sh1t show, my wife has taught in one of their primary schools for 9 years, they've placed our 6 and 4 year old in schools 14 miles apart, with no option to move either of them and they can't even be bothered to sort out the tenancy paperwork.Tbh, I’m not up to speed, but I’ve had contact with 2 ladies that I hadn’t heard if before. They will probably be quite happy to take it back too!The County Council are an absolute sh1t show, my wife has taught in one of their primary schools for 9 years, they've placed our 6 and 4 year old in schools 14 miles apart, with no option to move either of them and they can't even be bothered to sort out the tenancy paperwork.
I'm sorely tempted to simply hand the farm back, move the kids over the border into Suffolk and wash my hands of it all.
Do you mean a year to year FBT?Multi year FBT
