We would have finished cutting last Friday/Saturday but the last field (28 acre) still plenty green enough 
My dropside one carries anything & every thing, hence the unsmartness. I’ve not had the other one long enough to make it fit in with the fleet!
Mainly spring barley, a bit of oats. I think there are one or two trying winter crops again but traditionally they haven’t been very successful up here due to the severe wind & rain we can get throughout winter.
Well, that is it for another year thank goodness.
Big thank you to contributors, nice to know your not on your own.I admit to feeling a bit undervalued nowadays by the powers that be so it's been companionable to hear others with similar or in some cases much worse problems, to share some stresses and strains.And now we have rain that suits us and maybe the OSR will grow after all
