Amazone Uf1201

We've been running an Uf1201 now for a couple of years, no trouble and does a good job....except when shutting sections off to spray narrow runs.

As soon as we start shutting sections off the pressure drops to around 0.5-0.6 bar and now how much you try to raise it, doesn't make any difference. Is this right, or is something broken?

Yeah that's what you'd expect to happen, but can't keep it up on ours...which is weird!

Has it been like this since new? Does this happen when running just a particular section or for any single section? What screen does it have? On Amaspray you need to set the number of nozzles for each section, maybe that is incorrect..

Have you tried adjusting the pressure relief valve?
Try winding it all the way in and then all the way out and then back to normal position which I think is a 5mm gap.
