The Citroen went into hospital needing a new front (hydro) strut... ugh. The guy had a real struggle with one of the 3 bolts holding it all together, which in the end snapped. The thread was so tight it damaged the bolt extractor. He didn't know this workshop miracle I was told when I first started Farm Ideas magazine. It moves frozen joints in steel, cast, alloy, brass... any join which benefits from heat. Heat and then dab a candle around the join. A birthday candle is ideal as you point it accurately. The wax melts and runs into the space created by the heat. Nuts, bolts, pulleys, sprockets, sleeves, pistons....
