SFI conflict with CS

So are we saying that if you have a mid-tier agreement then the system won’t let you put any SFi options on the same parcels?
I don't believe it wont let you put any SFI on the same parcel but it does not allow certain SFI options on the same parcel.

I have parcels with either CSS AB1/AB9 or AB15 all also have the grass margins...

The only CSS conflict I have found is that I can not have SAM3 in the same parcel as AB1 but then I don't intend to anyway.

It will as long as those options don’t conflict or are already funded under the css.

Had a little go at completing my SFI application the other day, wasn’t expecting to be able to include many SFI options as most is in CSS. i wasn’t wrong.

The SFI doesn’t replace the BPS it’s just the CSS in a different form.

been talking to them for over a week with no conclusion. problem is with cs system no changing 2023 rotational options , may only be able to a sfi claim when cs has changed on 1 jan

Won't let me put IGL2 on same land that has CS low input grass..

The application seems very easy to do which is something, but because we are doing css and have been for nearly 30 years in all its forms, I reckon we are only going to be able to recoup 5% of the lost bps through SFI.

I submitted a mid tier application (arable offer) before they changed the sfi so radically. This application (not agreed or started yet) is on the sfi system and stopping me putting grassy field corners in for some reason. I’ve sent a load of revisions to my application in to go with less restrictive/easier/cheaper to establish/less open to having money taken off me in year 5 options in sfi. But still need my stewardship to start Jan 1st. It seems I’ll be penalised and won’t be able to apply until that starts?

I claimed what the system allowed re my mid tier scheme

when i get the declaration for Sfi in 10 months I will increase or decrease the actions to match what I have put on the ground
money will be adjusted to reflect this
this was what I asked the Rpa person when he phoned to ask why I had not completed my application in early October when we were busy farming

the question was when I fill in the declaration can I increase or add actions that I have completed on the ground and will I get paid
the answer was yes you will be paid as long as you have got them on the ground
can I add Actions yes was the answer as long s they are on the ground

so I just have to have all the evidence they require for the actions

i think you may need to check your information as from what i have been told you can only change you sfi for year 2 not what you have done in year 1 ,as i see it you have to do what you applied for on the application and this can not be changed up or down . hope i am wrong
