Dividing wall above concrete panels

Looking to subdivide a shed - workshop and feed store.
Using concrete panels at ground level.
What's most cost effective long term solution for above that?
Osb? Will it take the damp and deteriorate over time?
It's not structural or load bearing at all, just need to keep dust and vermin out.
 
Marine ply?
Rolls Royce option but stuff is pricey. If inside and protected OSB fine.
Other option is scaffold sheeting if just for dust, not mice proof but would be a barrier to flying pests.
