I know it isnt a legal thing, but surely it would be worth taking the few minutes to explain to people about it? Pay them enough for the course...
They will think it is not there remit. Your pa1 and pa2 are a legal thing but the other think is not they have miss there way into it similar to m. affia.

As much as I resent it in principle it does focus your mind and keeps you up to scratch if only because it costs money and that in itself gives you a kick up the arse. However there are still plenty of people spraying who really shouldn't be, this back end I have seen some terrible incidents where spray drift has caused unbelievable damage and the operators seemed blissfully unaware and in one case denied all responsibility even though the proof was undeniable, if you are going contracting tick all the boxes, and be sure of your position when spraying at home.

One thing they did show on the course was the low drift nozzles, looked rather good. The chap doing it reckoned that they could spray in the shetland islands with a 20+mph wind without drift being an issue and without losing any efficacy of spray... Im sold on the drift aspect as ive seen them working but not sure im 100% on the Efficacy being unaffected. With a buffer strip and those nozzles I cannot see drift being an issue. Even if they were only used on the outer section/sections and swapped after the headland pass if efficacy is affected.

I can't see efficacy not been affected at all.

What you need is the video of them I have seen Vidio of nozzels it gives a good info.what you seem to be describing is buble jets or air inclusion.

Yes thats the ones. Like I say, the chap reckoned they basically eliminated drift while not affecting efficacy. The drift part is definitely true, the course I did was done on a fairly blustery day, certainly not spraying weather, the sprayer was fitted with both low drift air inclusion nozzles and medium nozzles, the difference was very very noticeable. I'd have no issues using them from a drift perspective having seen that. Its just the efficacy, all very well them saying its fine but it would be nice to see some proof of it.

The idea is that the droplet explodes (being essentially a bubble) upon hitting the leaf and makes lots of little droplets which will act like a fine spray. Can see how it could work, but not entirely sold. Be good to see a trial or two.
Depends on the target. Air inclusion is fine for most things and 95% of the time you won’t notice the difference. Only exceptions being tiny targets; for example tiny weeds in a sugar beet seedbed or single leaf grassweeds in a stubble clean-up scenario.

I am in danger from being banned from this place for having this opinion, but as an inexperienced spray operator I expect that you will pick up some useful information from doing some of the courses. Moreover, if I were paying someone to do what is one of the most vital part of husbandry on many arable farms, I would want someone who was up to date on legislation, nozzle choices etc.
