Rubbish.
I've seen plenty cows put down successfully with a .22. - before the laws were changed a .22 pistol was the 'go to' for the job.
I've seen more fvck ups with a bloody bolt gun than I have with a .22

I put 50 entire stores on 5 acre of a foot of clover/plantain herbal mix someone put in - free grazing as needed all electric next to the main road
they may get to 8 days grazing there
Bloody sick of the wet now. I was hoping to keep the ewes out until mid Jan but I think they will come in between Christmas and new year, unless it really drys up.

Nah, I'd be peed if they were on our fields at the minute. Fields had been going ok but last night's rain has put them right back to square 1. Will be moving a bunch of ewes off a field Wednesday they could have stayed on for another week at least, problem is the next fields will wreck just as quick.
Trying to keep fields with hardstanding back until closer to lambing for feeding hay but not sure I'll get the luxury.

Put dung out on Friday knowing this was coming bit of a mark in gateway but field travelled fine. No chance now and not sure when we would get a chance again
