If you go into the menu you can set the resistance factor 125-130 is a good start which would correspond to about 3/4(out of ten) on the fan. Don’t be tempted to have it higher as means you will have to pull way too hard and be knackered after 20 strokes. 2500m is a good star, the ‘official ‘ distances for testing and the concept records are 2000 and 5000. 5k is a good workout about 20 Mins is a good target if you haven’t done much before.
