Should be able to,find the coupler where the power goes under the seat.Just bridge the live terminals across,it will think there is someone sat on it all the time.

We've done both of ours. We replaced the seat sensor with a new one. The seat senor is an important piece of safety equipment and needs to be cared for. Wrap it in bubble wrap, strap it tight with cable ties and keep it our of harms way behind the cab trim. You don't want to be sitting on it , or it'll break every couple of years.
