Maybe. These are 400's, next size up were 550's which I thought about but they added quite a bit to the price.

The point of buying our own one was to do the job when conditions were right, rather than try and fit around someone doing it for us or when we could hire a spreader. If we have to wait a week to let it dry out a bit more then so be it. We don't have masses of muck to spread each year and realistically it's a luxury to have our own machine to do it, plus we do have a budget!

Youāre right they arenāt cheap but if you like a bit of night hunting itās an absolute game changer! Just been out for a wander with it and itās fantastic.
The tree to the right is 500 yards and the black dots are hares and thatās not even zoomed in (remember itās in total darkness)
Can even see the fur on the rodents.
