There was a post doing the rounds of a new 16/32 being installed for 70k which was quite frightening so maybe say 100k for the parlour work by the time you get it how you want it?

High spec 20/40 going in here, sequential baling, metres, feed to yield, auto ID, seg gate £180k
20/40 acrs basic waikato, family member is currently putting in a GEA 20/40 for 350k, I haven't seen it yet to see how much of that total is for extra building and nothing to do with the parlour

I was quoted £94k for Waikato 20/40 with feeders plus more for stainless feed troughs, vario vac pump etc.

I don’t think the parlour in the picture will be representative of what you’ll get!
Check very carefully what you’ll get, I got caught out when I first bought my parlour, the pulsation used to freeze up in cold weather, changed it to some second hand pulsation, an extra cost not needed.

If you think she's bulling then crack on. If you're not sure I'd mark it down as heat and go again in 3 weeks. Shes milking well so no harm in letting her go.
