So, do we start baselessly speculating now, or do we wait until he's forced to resign?

I'm going to open with one idea, they could squeeze an infinitely large number of prime ministers in before the election, just for increasingly short periods of time. Zenos paradox and all that.

I know that sounds dumb, but I've already heard of David Cameron making a come back, and I feel that's an even stupider idea.

The Conservative Party is a completely busted flush as far as I’m concerned. I’m a natural Conservative but they the Conservatives are no longer reliable friends. On every single important matter they say one thing but do something else.
On everything from immigration, to gender recognition, to taxation, to public services, to corporate greed and monopolisation, consumer protection etc etc they say what they think their grass roots want to hear then carry on with a woke socialist champagne ecologist agenda that Labour would be proud of. It’s so blatant now that it’s a joke.
Immigration : not a hope of getting it under control.
Taxation and public spending : out of control.
Affordability of homes and rents : out of control.
Energy policy : a complete mess.
Foreign policy : talking like we’ve still an empire when I doubt we could even defend our own country if it came to it.
Net zero : offshoring all primary production including food production to cook the books.

I’m not sure exactly why it is, but Mr Sunak and his coterie seem entirely incapable of taking any real action to address any of the above, to defend ordinary taxpayers and consumers, ordinary poll tax payers and workers.
At a local level they are trumpeting legislation that’s coming to allow me to divert a footpath round instead of through the middle of my farmyard. But it’ll cost me £3125 to pay for the council admin and then I have to pay for any gates etc on top. And still, which was always the risk, if somebody objects, despite the obvious benefits to public safety, I lose my entire £3125 for nothing. So tell me what’s changed here? Tell me what the Conservatives have done for us? I’ll tell you. They’ve done nothing. Nothing at all for ordinary private property owners, taxpayers, workers. Everything is still in favour of the objector with no skin in the game, the agitator, the troublemaker, the entitled , the criminal and the delinquent.
Rant over.

We’ve problems much closer to home. My boiler jets arrived from ROI yesterday without hassle. Trade with the EU is bedding back in. It’s local everyday services that are in continual decline yet seem to cost more and more.

@DrWazzock 's prob maybe closer to home. 😜

He's a respected spannerhead who mentioned recently the size of his hands. I suspect he's getting roped into sorting out breach births with his lambing side of the family - a job for the ladies if every there was.

I speak as someone who still has to do it despite the women being on hand!

They’d take us back in at the drop of a hat. You can still smell it.
Politicians want extra jobs for politicians, they are broadly in favour of all supra national entities.
They would gladly take us in if it were popular, it's not because the majority want to be an independent country.
If it were popular enough we should go back in, but if we did i would prefer to spare us the charade and scrap Westminster.
