Yeah you can on the tractor screen but its a really small box so decided against it. The gps is taking a bit of figuring out, its not like anything else ive been used to but im sure the more i do the easier it'll get
You can put the camera in more than one part if the cenis screen or have the whole screen as the camera if you want. The guidance is a new system and there are a few gremlins to iron out. I had an s10 in my first 660 and it was a good system. This one isn't as user friendly but I'm getting used to it now. There has also been a big software upgrade which changed alot of things and made it much better to use. It has alot more potential than the s10 which from what I understand was more or less at its limit.

Claas switched to Trimble now?

So will be a GFX1060 with a Claas skin?

I been using it today and did struggle with the gps a bit, didn't find it all that user friendly. Apparently this has the latest software which was released about 4 weeks ago and the dealer hasn't had much to do with it yet.

This is picture from the gps page and it is showing trimble. I originally thought it was claas's own system

Joe bloggs doesn’t know the new one is available in this deal,so he/she is paying a slight premium over new to get that readily available second hand one. If they are told you’ve got to wait 9 months but on the forecourt or coming back we have an immaculate sub 2k miles top spec truck then some people seem to lose their minds and snap it up!
like i said they can’t make the new price any different as it’s pretty much fixed, but second hand they can charge what they want,my first trade ins 12 months ago they were making 10k over new price

Yes effectively he’s doubling his commission,my man literally rings me with any cancelled order they get that he thinks will suit me to do a deal on,as soon as figures don’t stack up I’ll stop
I can see paying more for immediate availability if a new one isn't available, but they are available, we know this because you get one, so they are lying to the customer.

Am I the only one who thinks that's bang out of order?

Sounds like you and the salesman have a nice little con working.
Maybe I misunderstand, I hope that's the case.

no con at all, they don’t take mine back having already got someone to buy it,they just got extremely lucky this time round as we done the deal saturday AM,I traded a 110 back in for a 90.
Saturday PM someone arrived in showroom looking for a 110 so he wouldn’t have wanted the new 90 anyway as had to be a 110.
it’s basic supply and demand, they still know with current lead times on commercials that nearly new ones on the forecourt will sell no problem,it might take them a couple weeks or so to move them.
The one I traded back in January for example sat on the forecourt for best part of 3 weeks but eventually it went.
as I said in a previous post, one of my trade ins was sold for 10k more than I got it for new, that was advertised on their website so everyone could see it,you can go on the online configurator and build one and you’ll know the exact cost,if someone wants to pay 10k over new because they can’t wait 9-12 months then that’s upto them.

Are you taking advantage of canceled orders?
I'm sure years ago an uncle used to buy porsches cheaper then. Not a new thing. I think they were hard to move on as everyone wanted there own spec he wasn't bothered just a new fast car to him.

exactly that,I don’t care what spec it is as long as it’s a commercial, for example this current one doesn’t have a towbar, which I could of done with but not the end of the world as we have our old school 90 anyway if I need to tow anything, but to some people a towbar would be crucial.
as soon as the demand and lead times drop I’ll just stick with what I’ve got at the time

Claas' own system was a rebadged Hemisphere system.
The S10 for example is a rebadged Outback Max.
Hemisphere was a chines system that CNH have now bought. The s10 was really good but the screen was at its limit and the size of a 1980s TV so needed upgrading. Trimble provide the dome and the signal the system is Claas. The screen is better than the s10 and can do more things but the system has a way to go yet but they are improving it all the time, for example the new software is a big difference to the original version.
