Mule ewes are half way inside, 1000 hill ewes start at the weekend all outside. Travelling round is going to be a problem. Have considered just leaving the singles on the fell where its dry and let them get on with it.Are you lambing just now?
If it doesn’t change soon, I’ve a horrible feeling keeping lambs going after lambing is going to be harder and more expensive than lambing. Hell of a lot of rain came down last nightDont know whether im pleased lambing is about done for another year got a lot of lambs standing looking like camels this morning feck me s a horrible morning
Dangerous telling her thatDidn't she know where to find the ladder?
I thought they made out they were all multi-taskers!
I think she might shove the ladder somewhere where it won't see the sun if you dared suggest such a thingDangerous telling her that
Shouldn't be , they are on very good quality dry silage but not ruling anything out at this point, hopefully know better this morning if lab results come back. Was it listeria ?
Got it oneI think she might shove the ladder somewhere where it won't see the sun if you dared suggest such a thing
Least your having some luck, might be bad luck but if you didn't have it you'd be having no luck at allCame in to a leak in the roof and a grumpy wife
We have had about 7 abort from a batch of 430 due this Sunday. Vet has ruled out Enzo and toxo, just as well as they are vaccinated for these. Thinks it is Campy but waiting for test results. He did mention possibly listeria but they have been on beet, not had silage and no ill ewes. We will see, if Campy it will be another vaccine to give.Shouldn't be , they are on very good quality dry silage but not ruling anything out at this point, hopefully know better this morning if lab results come back.

It’s bad to tell if it has listeria in it or not. Sometimes the good looking stuff is badShouldn't be , they are on very good quality dry silage but not ruling anything out at this point, hopefully know better this morning if lab results come back.
Ben the vet said you could yesterday when wife spoke to him. We couldn't last time we had it years ago. I think @neilo uses it but may import himself. Can you get a campo vaccine here? I couldn’t the last few times I had it
