Anyone out there know where I might get pre stretcher unit replacement for a Parmiter TR86 bale wrapper?

If it's the one with the plastic gearboxes then you won't. They're obsolete.
you'll either have to get creative and buy a cheap wrapper for the unit
Or I think a firm called film technique make aftermarket replacements but they're as much as an old wrapper

The plastic geared stretch units were fitted to some tanco wrappers as well, to add further complication there were two externally identical units with different internals, so even trying to make one good out of two bad might not work.
I wouldn’t even bother they were absolute crap.The metal geared ones from film technique are vastly superior,they may be expensive but there ain’t much more to go wrong with a basic wrapper

I couldn't justify a whole new dispenser so gutted the crappy one and fitted new shafts, bearings, gears and a box to hide them in. £50 bought the bits, plus a few hours.
Anyone know where I can find a hydraulic piston for cut and hold assembly.
Forgot to put model,it’s for a Parmiter TR86 wrapper.
If its a hydraulic setup,probably best to make your own.Simple enough really,then you are not tied to a probably vastly overpriced OEM ram.
