I don’t know if I’d be that generous, but I’d rather buy one of their existing designs than one designed by a TFF committee.. 😂

Inviting offers with Proof of funds by COB on Wednesday 10th? It would take a 24h to turn the NDA around.

How is anyone meant to make an informed discussion in that short window of time?

They are not operating in the best interest of the creditors. Unless it's all be sown up behind the scenes.

How much do they want for it? Is it a way of clearing the debts and starting again?

They won't tell you anything until you sign an NDA. So let's say you do that on Monday, you have then 48h to make an offer???!!

Interestingly they are also the company liquidating Cornish Crabbers a small boat company that's been in our press.

Well, I won’t be bidding, my welding is just about good enough to stick two bits of metal together as long as you’re not too bothered what it looks like!

His ‘’enthusiasm’’ to try and fckkkkk the mother ship at any available turn May of been a contributing factor in their demise, he eloped to Heath then of to some Devon lad to make trailers then a polish lot for muckspreaders so his integrity is similar to a hyena.
Not the first to think that.

Crabbers are always in liquidation it seems, but do continue to change owner rather than jump ship from a debt and carry on, looks like ktwo are dissolving the name and changing guise to Warwick on the face of it.

You almost couldn’t make it up could you 🤣
Buffalo farm springs to mind 🤣
I’d be amazed if everything that ktwo own is in the liquidation sale, and not already been brought by Warwick for pennys on the pound… there will be blue push trailers and muck spreaders in a minute

Looks like the Warwick factory or name is not included

Warwick branded muckspreaders and high spec trailers appearing soon maybe?

Perhaps it’s better to wait for the outcome of this administration and then all or none can draw their own conclusion. Let’s hope something good emerges for the employees who as we speak presumably have no jobs?

And out of those staff members who have no jobs you think there sat at home waiting for the call to go back to work? Even if they haven’t found employment else where by the time someone (if anyone) buys it out you think they would go back to work there long term, not just a month or two until they find another job that’s potentially more stable. Granted nothing is a sure bet now a days but I certainly wouldn’t go back to a company with open arms after they’d just gone pop.

That’s up to them ultimately and I suppose who ends up owning it, so they can make an informed decision

.
The whole business is for sale, including both brand names. There are many ideas floating around between the staff and also several interested businesses who i cannot name... one thing i hope for sure is that the designs and business continues...
Thank you, can I ask although both business are for sale are both in administration or just the ktwo brand?
