Sumo trio won’t release pressure

Good Evening all.
As above really, for some reason my trio won’t release the pressure in the accumulators, I never go over 100 bar but now the gauge has gone way over without me putting any more pressure in. I can’t now lift the legs and I want to make them trip more but can’t.
It’s not the tractor as I’ve tried different spools.
Any idea?
Accumulator failed?
