Just in case you are wondering it was the field in the picture & the field is steep, boy does a back wheel pick up speed fast & really fly when it hits a hedge. As a youngster I once had to change a back tyre on our Fordson Major at the top of this steep field, all went well until unloading the fixed wheel I let it get away from me, it sailed down across the field, hit the hedge at the bottom, flew into the air, cleared the wires on the electric poles & road & landed in the garden below hitting the house wall facing us, 4 feet to the right of a conservatory & three feet to the left of the back door to the passage right through the house.
I stood & watched horrified as the owner opened the door thinking someone had knocked & then closed it again thinking he'd misheard, worse still my father was inside having a cup of tea with the nice old chap who owned the house, I aged a few years that day I can tell you!

His more lazy brother saw me putting it outside so decided to go out as well. He came back in 20 minutes later, I think we can guess what he did with the rabbit

We have equipment to deal with loose mice, but you have to be quick. Our cat does that.
And the wife screams the place down. This seems to encourage the cat to do it more often .
