Those of us that actually know how these scum operate know many instances where the police won't enter their sites.

Well, I'm not sure it's entirely like that, either. I've recently read "A Brief History of Everyone Who Ever Lived", by the geneticist Adam Rutherford in which he talks about the not-absolutism of human biological sex. I enjoyed his writing style, and being able to just about catch the gist of a complex subject. No doubt more will have been discovered since the book was published, too. It's worth a read.

watching some 70's TV again is an eye opener, can't believe we laughed at it then (mind you I was only 6 in 1970!)
70's and 80's tv was far superior than the crap that's been put on latterly.

The Sweeney is most certainly far superior to what is on TV today to me. However not to my children and that is the crux of the matter. We are our parents and grandparents looking at todays society and shaking our heads.
never mind the tv , in real life the met police (and probably other departments) in very recent years has been / possibly still is disgraceful towards certain members of society .
That is my biggest fear, so many people I talk to are saying the things my parents said a couple of decades ago, that said my kids, step kids ( late twenties mid thirties) say the same sort of things about the generation below them.
If people really think that modern telly such as love island sh!t and the shows like it are good then there is simply no hope for humanity
