Body has a weapon with it?
Who knows.
I would not trust figures from either side.
Strange isn’t it, when Ukrainian men picked up a gun to protect their family from an invading army they are seen by the West as hero’s, if a Palestinian man seeing his family murdered by an invading army picks up weapon to try & protect what’s left of his family then he’s seen by the West as a terrorist.
What does that tell you of total Western hypocrisy as seen by most of the world.

Maybe its time the Palestinians stopped being such pricks to their neighbours then Israel might not retaliate.
Life isn't fair and maybe those in Gaza just need to accept that.

It's a terrible thing that's happening, but war is tragic and terrible.
Fighting an enemy in a densely populated area is dangerous to your own troops and so to keep your own casualties down, you bomb and shell enemy positions, which is going to result in civilian casualties if your enemy is fighting from civilian areas.

Do you expect a war with no civilian deaths?

Wasn't going to reply. But I have no animosity to you personally. Just disagree with the Israeli military action. I note what you say. But the Civilians are caged in Gaza.

If I was a Palestinian non combatant in Gaza I would walk out and let the IDF and Hamas slug it out. Remember we are talking in Gaza of an area no larger than Sheffield to Doncaster. And if you or I were in Sheffield being shelled and bombed you I suspect would pack a sarnie and stroll up to Barnsley to be out of it, might even then walk up to Leeds to be further out of it and to be doubly safe hike to York. Could walk that in 24 hours if fit and young. even pushing a pram or with a gaggle of toddlers manage it in a few days. But they can't. They are fenced in. So much for you civilian casualties and ratios. The poor feck/ers can't get out. Its a ghetto - and one thing you would have though the Israelis are taught in school history lessons is about Ghettos and what happens to folk trapped in a ghetto.

And as for that 34,000 being all Hamas terrorists as you query the numbers I have no more idea than you. But unless the Palestinians and Hamas are very good at acting and staging video and picture shots I have seen a lot of dead children. And if Israel government and people think that is good well thats their opinion - ain't mine.

Best wishes.

Why are they bombing that area?
Is it because hamas is there?
Reuters report today Israeli raids into camps and militants were killed and arrested.
If hamas are hiding and fighting from civilian areas, then sadly civilians will die.
Just like in all wars throughout history.
Did you note that the israeli terrorists have much of their military infrastructure in their cities, ah no because you are a genocide apologist🙄

Errr, Jordan likely have radar of their own and contributed to the defence of Israel? 🤷‍♂️

You don't seem to be getting this, do you? This is not an Israel vs the rest of the middle east situation, despite your apparent desire for it to be so. Jordan has been shooting down foreign aggressor drones for many years if you care to search out the facts.

Why are British warplanes flying over Jordan? Errr, because the UK is allied with Jordan and has strong diplomatic ties with them?

Seriously, you guys need to read around the reality of the middle east a bit more and not just rely on Mr Men books.

Iran launches dozens of hostile drones with the deliberate intent of hitting Israel with zero regard for civilian life and you complain Israel smash the Iranian consulate in Syria? You guys are borderline pathological in your thinking now.
One of my cousins is married to a Jordanian, his take is that the bribes given by Western governments are starting to show through, daily protests in Jordan against the Israelis and the numbers are growing such that a fine line is being run by the rulers as their secret sevice are struggling to deal with the size of the public opposition. This is reported in the Arab newsrooms but the usual silence in tge Western pressand newsrooms. The Jordanian rulers have not stopped the protests outside the Israeli embassy for fear of inflaming the situation.

People protesting outside of embassies is nothing new.

None of the above makes any difference- the UK is allied to Jordan and has been for years. Some sources mention that UK special forces operated out of Jordan in the 2003 Invasion of Iraq.

The UK and Jordan are very much allies. But if you think Jordan approves of Israel’s conduct you are very much mistaken. Queen Rania hates Netanyahu with a passion.

And she is not alone, my cousins husband commented that in the last few months his friends and family in Jordan have gone from passive dislike of Israel to absolute hate. He suggests the King is walking a dangerous fine line with little public support.

I agree with what you say.
I think all wars are bad.

Yes they are caged in. Which you would think would make the military/civilian ratio would be higher than UN average, not lower.
As I have stated before, I tend to post looking at it from a pure military perspective. I have asked people how they would keep their own casualties down while attacking built up areas without blowing the cr@p out of any area where the enemy has been seen.
No one can give an answer. Just say they should not do what they doing.
But they are as they are at war.

When the allies invaded Normandy in WW2 and attack the french town of Caen, there were still 25,000 civilians there.
Nearly 3,000 were killed in the allied attack (and they were allied civilians)
Iraq said 7,000 civilians died during the desert storm air campaign
Attacks on built up areas in war means civilian casualties.

as for 34,000 dead (Hamas medical figures.) that is a mix of civilian and fighters.
Israel says they have killed 13,000 Hamas fighters. (probably be less as they will be inflating the number)
Hamas have admitted they have lost 6,000 fighters (probably more than that as they would not admit to true loss)
So lets meet 1/2 way about 9,000 fighters dead.
so for built up area fighting, civilian deaths ratio are low according to UN figures as terrible as the numbers and pictures seem.

Should anyone be surprised that the Israeli’s lying through their teeth & countries like the UK are stupid enough to suspend support for the charity, makes you proud to be British doesn’t’t it.

Well, what are your thoughts on the UK's "allies" who are reported to have sold weapons to Argentina during the Falklands war including jets used to kill UK troops? In case you missed it the vendor is the state currently conducting a genocide in Gaza. 🤔 the same Zionists who were in the habit of murdering UK personnel and civilians even before the State was formed.
