The non fertilised land isn’t standing the grazing
A lot of ewes and lambs will be away on a wagon to some better grazing when they are big enough to travel still no hope for cattle getting away out at this rate

I’ve abandoned any more drilling and will put forage rape on it when ever it’s dry enough and let the sheep have it.
It’s going to be a cold wet weekend by the looks of it. After that it looks (atm) to be in mid teens.

Hope it doesn’t rain too much I’ve been stockpiling slurry this morning a bit of a mugs game I was hoping it might dry out a bit

i don't really care aslong aslong we get a good wheat after it! iy'll go in well, better than some of the barley we have putin!

Haven’t really seen anyone much to talk to but the few I have seen seem to all have a horror story about the weather losses

Iv been hearing weather related horror stories since the scmellanberg horror stories started getting a bit quieter..

We’ve lost our share outside both lambing outside and what’s lambed inside then been put outIv been hearing weather related horror stories since the scmellanberg horror stories started getting a bit quieter..
Personally my outdoor lambing couldn’t of gone better really but something had too make up for January
Luckily the outside lambers were put back a bit so missed some of the worst days
Anyone lambing early and all outside on exposed places will have had some problems
