I've had a mate come round specially to check cause he didn't believe me. It was riden by females predominantly when doing stock work etc which probably helped. Been through a few belts etc but engine and gearbox have been pretty sound started using a drop of coolant in the last few months
Have a 2015 can am that's just died. Last time I checked it had 85,000km on it. Regularly maintained hauling a 1000l 60 teat calf feeder plus calf trailer plus usual running around. Pretty unreal kms was expecting it to be done 2 years ago. No major fails just electrical niggles like switch gear...
I'm waiting for some yarn from someone who's sister husband's cousins next door neighbors drinking buddy once read a book about nz and they read that kiwi sheep farmers sit on top of a hill with sniper rifles and shoot any sheep with a sign of lameness to avoid having to treat it..
RT is telling the truth if they were talking about NZ circa 2000.
The trouble is the rules aren't too dissimilar between the countries but that doesn't fit the narrative that it's cheaper therfore it's lower standards... (no offense intended to farmers in either country).
Rules are made for...
What part of the country are you in? I hate duals for most things except when I'm going somewhere hairy. They are awkward, uncomfortable and not sure do they grip climbing up the steep stuff any better that a decent singles.
It's relatively common over here with air points credit card getting air new zealand points. End up with free air travel. Some companies don't want to deal with credit cards anymore tho
Cheers for the replies. World of knowledge on this place. I'll give her a quick bath and whip out the shaft.
Will update. Next will be trying to find a 2nd hand 540 shaft if it is a exchange job
I'd expect nothing less.. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
It's probably a limited run of only a few tractors. I probably wouldn't bother but it's an absolute sweetheart if a tractor that everyone on farm has a soft spot for... even my wife banned me from trading it in. Not sure why we all like...
Just incase I'm being a bit blind I can't see either unfortunately. Pic of the shaft itself in my last reply. I think I see the spot on the console(just below the pto switch) for the level but no hardware
Righto team, got a 2003 MF 8220
It came with a 22 spline pto shaft and has a little after market looking switch with 540/1000 on it only issue its always in 1000 speed switch just changes the dash display does nothing to the pto speed.
Questions is does the physical shaft have a bearing on...
Every kg of milk solids produced in nz incurs a levy paid to dairy nz regardless of supplier. So yes they all disclose. They are all part of DCANZ also and all subject the the dira regulations so yes they all disclose their collection data.
Under Dira regulations they do disclose their collections data. This isn't the uk. I'm the federated farmers dairy chair for my area with covers all suppliers.... how much were you betting again?
85% of nz milk is processed by fonterra. The fonterra milk price is the benchmark for the other companies. Plus the tide is turning with regards to people coming back to fonterra. I know of 2 other processes starting to struggle as a knock on effect of covid.
