    Roughy costs £25 per ton more on a 10t per ha crop compared to £272 that I paid this year so the price uplift makes it worthwhile if u can lock in some gd forward prices. I wouldnt buy all of it now just think maybe a 1/3

    It both really but say 75% of the time farm and lorry repairs and servicing. The rest of the time fabricating stuff but I’m tempted to build this shed then add a lean to on for fabricating in the future depending on work

    Yeh already built the benches in the workshop I’ve got now. And I helped build an overhead about 5 years ago with another farmer so got the plans already ?

    I’ve got a ramp in another shed but probably won’t move it as they take up a fair bit of space. Pit is better in in my opinion for get under drills

    We do all our own groundwork’s and concreting so that keeps the cost down but don’t mind spending a fair bit as I want it the best it can be and I do fabrications for my brothers business so it will pay for its self over time
