The only thing it has done is deny access to markets for non assured levy payers.Dim Jim goes on about RT giving access to markets which is total bo##ocks.Befors RT everybody had access to all markets.
There does need to be a vote as they've stalled on RT and the review along with the inequality with imported cereals.They certainly don't appear to support their levy payers assured or not.
Maybe,just maybe there are things going on behind scenes,won't hold my breath though.

We lamb indoors and find it far easier to do so with these problems that may arise.

Yes and who are they accountable to. They weren't very flexible with the non assured,non traceable imported wheat entering our mills of which uk farmers who aren't members of RT are denied access.
