How does the standstill rule work with pigs? I think once you move on you can’t move any pigs off for 20 days but what about other species is that 20 days as well or the usual 6? I want to bring a few pigs on but have some cattle to move to market. Thanks

As above what are the best. Bought some 150W online for open feed yards. All packed up after a couple of months use. Get left on overnight in winter months when cows are in not sure if that constitutes heavy useage?? Need to replace them but don’t want to be up and down in the bucket changing...

Want to put a three way valve in the milk line at tue back of the parlour so when milking the fresh cows can put the milk straight in the top of the milk taxi. Can’t get the milk taxi in to the tank room. Where would I get one online? Can’t remember if the milk line out of he pump is 38 or 40mm

Up to 250 Angus calves from friesian cows available, due from the middle of the month. Gone down with one reactor (no lesions 😠) right before calving and just don’t have the space. Guaranteed colostrum and a good start. Or if anyone knows someone who might be interested. Thanks

Need to fit a gate post behind the parlour, don’t want to dig the concrete up really. If I weld a plate to the bottom of the post what’s the best thing to fix it down with so it doesn’t move, want to hang an 11’ yard gate from it. Thanks
