Give us a call if you want some thicker or harder scrapers making for it. We have done quite a few longer lasting scrapers for other makes of machine so should be straightforward with a pattern. Can also help out with a Guttler or DD style packer if you wanted too.

You are probably better off using the extra metal in the wearing zone rather than paying for a thicker disc in the middle when its not used.
We’ve converted a few to our PRR-710 packers but they are not a cheap fix. Leaves the ground more weather proof and improves soil flow but if you are happy with the Emo Packer then trying to find a used one is a good idea as the replacement rings are very expensive for what they are…watch this...
Would be interested to know who told you that?
Well made discs (after market or genuine) usually have a hardness differential from the centre to the edge but not one side to the other. The way they are formed, heat treated and quenched makes it very difficult to achieve different hardness...
if you can get a piece of 50mm box section between the top frame and the point where the DD rings join then the rings are about worn out.
Also worth measuring the spacing between the rings all across the machine as the spools either side of the bearing tend to wear away. Centre of one ring...
You may be able to use the hitch and some bolts from the Solo600 drawbar but the rest is different on the Solo330. If you draw a blank we can probably fabricate a new one for you.
They are goods rolls but if the roller has 24” rings with 5 spokes check for cracking of the spoke near the hub. We’ve seen lots of these rings that have failed that way and replacements aren’t cheap like on other UK made machines.
We are very happy with ours on the new style 22” rings.
I was driving our cultipress last weekend over some 2019 OSR land that was cultivated post harvest, got soaked for six months then dried like concrete for top 3-4 inches.
I image the points were down to about 4 inches as you can’t see any of the point above ground in this photo.
The tines...
The kits we have suit 38-48mm diameter ram rods so wouldn’t be suitable for @jjm original post.

Most comments we had were how wide and aggressive the wings were, some cut them down in size others ran with no wings.
The LD leg (and Michel 600 leg) were both 12mm wide, hence the gap in the brackets is 12mm.
With these current legs you can fit the Horsch drill point (as in photo), the Simba...
Yes these are Simba LD bottoms, we made them a couple of years ago as a conversion from the Michel 600 cranked leg. A cutting disc could be mounted in front of the legs off the brackets but there’s not much room in this frame.
No problem with welding these, just make sure you weld the bottoms on straight as the sides do taper slightly as mentioned by @Tim Howard.
These were some short legs we welded our 20mm thick LDX bottoms to.
Make sure you grind them well down if you want a neat finish.
