Just lifting the arms, it's a friends tractor I normally fix Ford's and masseys but he said you have to help the arms up by hand but sinks down and the pump is pushing oil out? He sent me this photo not that it really helps haha

Ill find out, the shaft splines looked ok but ive picked all the liquid metal off so i can re apply when i re assemble also ive got the old boss from a year ago with an inch drive socket wielded to it in my tool box incase it ever goes bang
