Just lifting the arms, it's a friends tractor I normally fix Ford's and masseys but he said you have to help the arms up by hand but sinks down and the pump is pushing oil out? He sent me this photo not that it really helps haha

First thing... lift the arms up with nothing on them... close the rate of drop off completely. This will tell us if the piston seals is leaking letting the arms drop. Make sure the there is nothing on the arms as well.

Next remove the cover under the pump.. between the axle and pump. 2 x 9/16 bolts. There is a leak off line of rubber that can break off the pump.. its rubber so hopefully that has gotten hard and broken off the pump nipple it belongs on.
