Looking at doing some building work and a new milking parlour, id like to mess with some drawings, i edit proper drawings with good old MS paint!
But would like to have a better go, i read some old threads with @RWG Contracts explaining about google Sketchup, which looked great but that seems...
Id like to build a new silage pit, away from the main stedding to allow the farm to grow.
It would be 180'x60'x30'
Roughly where that line is.
I have tried to follow the rules but theyre not easy, the road to the left is not classified, but ibelieve the bottom on is, so id have to stay 25m...

We use a solar set up to run about 6k of high tensile electric fence wire.
But we are running a water pipe there from the farm its about 400m and wondered whether to put an electric cable in the trench?
Would i need to use armoured cable? Would i have too much voltage drop?
What size wire...
Two points on Arla, currently pushing the CO2 figure which the best figure often come from the high input lads and bumping up the seasonality which also favours the AYR high input men. Whilst also encouraging the grazing through Arla Care etc.
Do Arla not know what they want or are they...

Were struggling with our first infestation of the bloody things i was about to buy a bird gard, am i wasting my money?
I thought of strapping a laser or speaker to Juno to scare them off!?
I renectly bought a new steam cleaner, how hot would you typically wash things?
For example
Parlour walls?
Tractors?
Milk metres and parlour boxes?
Also any good chemicals to put though them?
We have a limescale problem on the walls in the milking parlour, whats best to get it off?
Swapped from a KV to lemken plough this spring and very happy with it.
But im struggling to keep the metal on it, i keep losing points and the bolts come our of the landslide which on the lemken all the stays bolt too.
I had this problem early on with the kv and found i just wasnt tighteing...
What's the advantage of thr discs in good clean ploughing?
More weight more complication?
I went from a vaderstad to the Suffolk coulter combi and have grown much better crops since.
Just miss the output!
Our area was too wet for the vaderstad!
The 4m with suffolk coulters would be lighter though?
Why dont people put a front tank on then sure reduces weight of oveerall outfit and balances it much better?
The Amazone box drill i have at the moment is on a power harrow sorry i didnt make that clear!
We have a 3m Amazone box drill that we are looking to upgrade to get a bit more output, we run it on a Fastrac 4220, its output is limited by seed capacity (600kg) forward speed (7 to 8 k otherwise it bounces) an obviously width.
It has suffolk coulters on and we only drill into ploughed land...
