Horsepower is meaning less good driver with 100 hp tractor could handle 18 Tom but most contractors think they need 200 hp + for 12Ton

If your filling lots if tedder tires using the 1.5 ltr bottle I line them up and drill a 10mm hole in the base if the bottle then insert the blow gun from the compressor and blow the tire seal into the tyres have filled rear tractor wheels with full bottle in about 5 seconds
