linkage

The rear link arms on my 7840 seem to be stuck at 20% if I lift the leaver the oil flows but nothing happens, they won't go down bellow 20% either, guessing air in the system? Is there a way to bleed the linkage system? (I can lift the arms up to their max by hand)

Would anyone have the calibration procedure for the rear linkage on a ford 7840? I cant seem to find it noted in any of my manuals Since I unpluged the effort control multiplug last week, the linkage in its lowest postion reads 80 on screen & 99 at its highest so almost no lift but no error codes.
