Thinking of upgrading existing parlour from 20:10 to either 20:20 or 15:30. Currently milking 100 with plan for increasing that. What are the main advantages and draw backs of each system. Both systems to be built in a fresh location.

I was just wondering if anyone ran their cows through the parlour for vet visits and if so what the vet stands on. We are milking through a 16/32 Delaval Swingover and it seems to make more sense to decrease the time handling cows for the vet, but need some ideas of a frame to make it work!
