    Flail topper advice

    Hi I am looking for advice on a new or used topper as my vortex 9 ft rotary topper comitted suicide Size wise 2.8 or 2.6 metre range . I have a 90 hp tor to power it . I would mostly be using it for grass/docs and thistles. I have used flail and rotary and think the flail does a better job.
