Ok so, you do have a slight leak in your EGR cooler. This is only going to get worse, but it will not be causing your misfiring issue. That needs sorting first, but I would suggest you have a Derv Dr EGR delete and remap, and remove the EGR cooler and pipework entirely. PCM on these is above the engine on the hood support- just where it will heat soak after afew hours use...Try the freeze spray... Has the dealer got a similar tractor (7530) or test ECU that you can borrow and flash for your tractors build to try it? I know David King wont touch these PCM's at the moment. 135ml of leak back - this is borderline on a hot engine at 1500rpm - how did you test it ? Leak-back will only increase as fuel temperatures increase. But you have no low fuel pressure warning, so at the moment the HP pump is keeping up. IF one injector leaking back excessively will drop power on one cylinder and can often show itself as abit of a rough idle. The difficulty is you cannot check each injector individually without much agro and oil splashing about everywhere, and I don't like changing the set where one is worn. With the JD advisor you can do a power balance test where each injector is shut off individually and its cylinder contribution recorded on a graph. Again this would be after you have solved the misfire cause ...
