These help massively and to break up the stuff in the chest, about twice daily, deep breaths, warm water, a few drops of sweet fennel, albasoyl or thyme oil. Any of the 3, but not all 3 together ofc. I think if it's not shifting alongside doing all this make sure you get prescribed antibiotics, I don't want you getting pneumonia, brother had that and it was very serious, or indeed lung infection.
