Advice wanted on pig finishing

Basically I have a 140ft x 50ft shed sat empty through the summer. Iv looked in to bed and breakfast contracts and can’t help but think a buy back contract from a cooperative might be a more profitable option?

Someone has said the cost of a 30kg weaner would be £45.

Feed costs £50-£60.

Bedding £5.

So if the pigs hit 95kg av @ £1.35/kg

We would be looking at £128 per pig

A £10-£18 per pig profit.

Please share your advice as I’m interested in trying it this summer, with a view that if it works we could do it year round. I’m getting mixed views and would like some advice off people who have experience? Thanks

I totally appreciate that it won’t be as rosey as that but I’m just trying to gain advice off people that have experience?

I’m on a borehole and the sheds are already there, paid for and empty from may-sept so thinking its worth a try?
What would a realistic average weight to aim for be?
