Does the emissions from air travel include the emissions from building the plane, building and operating the factory that builds the plane, mining, processing and transporting the materials for the plane, building of the airports and infrastructure to operate the plane? Not to mention the environmental cost to all the destinations that people travel to.
It stretches my imagination to think that ruminant agriculture is as damaging as the aviation industry.

I think you’ll find that Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) only apply to food from livestock.
That’ll be the WW who seems to have not been paying attention to developments in the last couple of decades in nutrition?
Livestock are responsible for more GHG emissions than air travel.*
