astro kerb & kestrel

We're hoping to finally get the Astro kerb on this week.
We have Kestrel fungicide to go in the mix, is it wise / necessary to spray fungicide while it's frosty ?
We're usually well up to date late Nov / early Dec so it's a new one on me

Do it, as long as the frost is off the leaf will be dry. That is assuming you haven't applied a fungicide and it is needed.

If it's Kestrel it's probably an Agrii recommendation so it's definitely needed.

I was going to say similar! Look at buying the components of kestrel separately and then mix with the sprayer. You will be amazed how much cheaper it is!

Astrokerb has a contact element to it for broad leaved weeds, shouldn't be applied to crops if the target blw have frost on them.

Aminopyralid works by contact and residual methods - it is absorbed by leaves and roots. It is incredibly persistant in soil.

I was thinking it would be wise to drop the Agrii Kestrel
The priority here is blackgrass so we'll be getting it on asap

if there is a lot of disease then fungicide may give a responce but if the leaves get frosted off the disease will be controlled pigeons can also do the job if the disease was on the crop early then it will have already got to the stem on smaller plants

Applied astro kerb back in late nov before all this rain. Does not seem to have worked. What are the chances of it still working?
