Auto steer and on land ploughing

7x40cm furrows here, yet put 2.86 into Trimble with a 3cm offset, if on heavy land the plough pulls differently In turn effecting offset sometimes 0cm sometimes +6 cm. Never gone from one field to the other without tweaking something, but if your after just making it brown drop in and go

Interesting !!!!!! If I was ploughing on land no 28 would possibly be my last choice

28's leave it firmer on light land IME, will turn more in and with us growing more and more cover crops they would be better and give the option of running in furrow with a wheeled tractor if we need to

Not tried it yet but after some pointers before we do. JD RTK steering system on the tractor which is a 724 Fendt on 710 wide rears and 600 wide fronts. The plough is an onland 6 furrow which will be running at 12 inch furrow widths. The RTK has been on the tractor for a while so all the receiver position is inputted correctly etc. Obviously we will create a new implement in the 2630 terminal for the plough but then what?

I've got a 5+3 besson wagon plough for sale if you are interested. Almost new No 8 bodies. Shearbolt and not variwidth. Depends what you want.
