400000 btu if you want to dry even in rain but as said blow ambient air only until moisture is below 18%. Using heat works but the moist air from the lower grains will increase the moisture in the bin higher up unless there is enough air volume to force the damp up and out. The worst case scenario would be over dry grain at the bottom of the bin and a damp crust at the top. Personally I would dry with air only for now and then blow to keep the grain fresh and use frosty nights to finish the process. This all depends when the loading date is though.
