Big Dutchman floor manure belt

I was wondering has anyone on the forum any experience of the big dutchman manure floor belt which runs at the top of the house to remove the manure from the houses in a multi tier system. It would be my preference over a manure belt in a pit, but wonder are there any pro's /con's of the floor belt from people that may be currently using them

I've one in a pit, I think it's good for the scraper thats under the system as it allows the litter to drop about
1 foot onto the pit belt, never had any experience with the flat floor belts,
