What is the one best book to read on the whole holistic grazing/soil thing?

(grazing sheep)

I'm looking for something to put on my Christmas list.

Thanks

For an easy way in try "The art and science of grazing" by Sarah Flack.

Or you could dive right in and get "The holistic management handbook" by Allan Savory and Jody Butterfield (it's more a practical guide than "Holistic Management", their other main work).

I found André Voisin's " Grass Productivity" from the 1950's extremely enlightening as well.

I started Sarah Flack's book at the weekend and I'm finding it a good read. It's much easier going than 'Holistic management' which I found a bit of a struggle.
