Charolais Bulls sell for 26,000gns

It was a good sale for good bulls, lack of bps/sfp money was evident... average bulls didn't sell to well..

Do you think that would be the real reason or just a breed society excuse?
Simmentals were up £700 on the year and store cattle at Stirling the week before were a flying trade despite lack of BPS money.

That was the feeling I got from talking to a few folk not to sure what the society position was on the matter the Charolais average was still 6 grand n it'll be something round that next year. This sale was more commercialy driven for Charolais as it still proves the commercial man wants the breed
