Compost Tea

I have just put a whole wheel barrow load of my alpaca poo into a 40gal drum. I'm planning on spraying it on my field as where the go to the loo is over a foot long now and the rest is ankle height. My thinking is it has to be better than nothing. I'm only spraying onto grassland. No science has gone into it. Quite literally suck it and see. Save on a tonne of fert and gets rid of some poo. If any one wants any they are welcome to it.

Wherabouts are you?

I've seen some quite complling on farm trial data for this

But trying to find any practical way to do it at scale is a challenge
I'm thinking about making a worm farm and feeding it with grass clippings and waste cardboard from the farm. Then using the castings to produce compost tea. I'm thinking I might try spraying over our muck heap as and then spreading later on in the year. Recon it might work....thoughts on a postcard.

Havent read all the thread, but there was a three year trial carried on a Dorset farm, and as I understand it, the data concluded it had no effect on yield, ear disease or microbial activity.
So not much use??
