Cows beef 10 acres

Hi total newbi I would like if possible to know how many beef cows for our land 10 acres also Cph numbers Pasports , cost of calf I'm in north wales , I have been talking to local farmers they have been very nice and welcoming to the farming community but as I ask how Do I go about Cph numbers , how animal Pasports work , cows pr acres the conversation turns to depends on land grass water I assure them I have stream water also mains water good fencing , is there someone who could help me with advice from start very basic , I have found 2 local livestock markets close I will be attending next week to Shed more light on matters , also won't to rent 50 acres for pigs , chickens, sheep what would be a rough price pr acre its hill land but good grass growth eny advice help or people to contact would be very help full
